Here is a quick recipe of pigs in a blanket using chicken sausages by Blue Tribe. We love the fact that it is completely plant-based vegan, yet delicious to taste. Highly recommend! 🙂

Recipe:

• One Blue Tribe Sausage Pack
• 4″x4″ pastry sheets
• Olive Oil

Method:
Thaw sausages and cut each one into two. Wrap each piece in the pastry sheet, spray with olive oil, arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 200o C for 10 minutes. Enjoy! ?
