Ajoy Prabhu, the co-founder, is a commercialization strategist and serial entrepreneur with deep experience in technology transfer, IP marketing, and global deal-making. He previously led marketing at the Office of Technology Transfer at the National Institutes of Health, where he managed inventions and patents across the NIH, FDA, and CDC, translating scientific assets into licensing and partnership opportunities. He also worked with the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy to help coordinate federal technology and data resources across agencies.
His experience spans global commercialization of diagnostic technologies, cross-border licensing, and building structured pathways from research to market. In parallel, he has built and led ventures in IT and AI, including work in clinical data modeling, forecasting, and applied analytics to support decision-making in healthcare and commercialization.
Ajoy has founded six startups across the U.S., Australia, and India, and has authored patents in medical diagnostics that has helped in bringing innovations to market.
