Ingredients
2 large pears
2-3 almonds
½ cup almond milk
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
¼ teaspoon angostura bitters
a few cubes of ice
Method
Wash the fruit well
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend well
Pour the mix into a tall chilled glass
Served cold as soon as possible
