Ajoy’s Guacamole

 

Dry roast 1t cumin grind in a stone grinder. Add jalaneno, kosher salt,chopped cilantro stems, 2t chopped onions, 5 cloves of garlic and grind. Add more chopped onions , 1 chopped jalapeno, 3 avocados and juice from 2 lemons and 2 small limes. Serve with corn chips only after about 15 minutes.
