Kadubu (Idlis) and Hinga (Asafotida) chutney!

These Idli moulds are made out of thick leaves  called ‘Kedige’ in Kannada. The Tamil name is ‘Thazambu’ leaf and it is called  ‘Screwpine’ in English.
