I didn’t think it was possible for a vegan keto bread to be tasty (and not cardboard)! Best served toasted with toppings of your choice – in my case- homemade vegan tofurky and cheeze ?

I didn’t think it was possible for a vegan keto bread to be tasty (and not cardboard)! Best served toasted with toppings of your choice – in my case- homemade vegan tofurky and cheeze ?

Recipe:
320g almond flour
70g coconut flour
40g ground raw flaxseeds
40g psyllium husk (isabgul)
15g baking powder
7.5g salt
30mL evoo
5mL acv
475mL warm water

—Combine all ingredients
—Knead for 2-3 min until dough is mildly sticky only
—Cover and let sit for 10-15 min
—Shape into loaf
—Bake in 200C oven for 55 min
—Turn heat down to 180C and cook for 15-25 min more until a toothpick comes out clean
—Let cool, slice and enjoy! ?
