Ingredients:
1 cup rice flour
1/2 large yellow onion, finely chopped
2 TBSP rava
1 TSP jeera seeds
3 small hot green mirchi, finely chopped
1/2 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all ingredients with water to the consistency of a thinner than usual dosa batter. When you pour the batter onto tawa, it should be runny (do not attempt to spread the batter once it is on the tawa!).
Serve with chutney powder and narlel tel. Enjoy!!
