Despite not being nowhere close to expert nutritionists, many times, both Dr. Jenny and Ajoy have been asked to pitch a sample meal plan along with “some simple exercises” to do. Each time, they had to deflect that question because it is not something that they consider themselves experts at. However, due to repeated =ly being asked over and over again, they sat down and literally drew an example of – what they’d consider – a decent week of healthy lifestyle which involves proper nutrition, exercise, socialising and some strategies to help reduce weight and stress. In Part 2 they talk about a cleanse day and how to make this day easier to do. In addition, there are insights about the best way to have fun and yet make weekends help you improve your health!
